ABSA: DEF (GOT COOK VERSE)

The song “ Got Cook” is one of the first songs that was recorded for the ABSA album. 100p emcee, DEF (short for INDEFINITE), recorded this verse in my Durango in Conyers, GA one night on my way back up to Fort Leonard Wood. This is /was before all of the gadgets that you see and have now. It was also recorded on a laptop on Protools. The time frame of this recording is atleast 2012-2015 some time.

On this episode of Uncommon Interviews, we speak with Arash Tousi, an Iranian immigrant who has been making custom shirts in Austin, TX for the past twenty-five years. Sought by couture fans and average Joes alike, his workmanship rivals even the “bespoke tailors” of London's Savile Row.

Mr. Tousi has passed his craft onto his son and daughter, who work alongside him in his shop, which has stood on Guadalupe St. since 1985. We'll ask Mr. Tousi about that and more on this episode of Uncommon Interviews with your host Chuck Bazel.
